Guitars

My guitars are made from Canadian tonewoods and I favour highly chambered bodies with elevated fingerboard extensions.  Ebony is occasionally used for fingerboards.  The goal is lightness and responsiveness.

My guitars use either traditional mortise and tenon construction for the neck/body joint or neck through body construction.

Model S has a small body size; Model M has a moderately wide lower bout and model L6 has the largest lower bout.  These three types utilize traditional mortise and tenon construction.

Model R8 and R9 use neck through body construction using hard rock maple for the neck/body core.

I have also made 20" scale guitars for child players.Custom body shapes and profiles are available.

Most guitars are highly chambered.  All bindings on the body, neck and headstock are made from wood.
